Aluminum liquid transfer package (also known as aluminum liquid transfer package, aluminum water package or aluminum liquid transport package) is a key equipment used in the metallurgical and casting industries for transporting, storing and pouring molten aluminum liquid. Its main functions include the following aspects:
Safe transportation of molten aluminum
Aluminum liquid transfer bags are usually made of high-temperature resistant materials (such as refractory lining and steel structure shell),which can withstand the erosion of high-temperature aluminum liquid (about 660°C or above), ensuring that the aluminum liquid does not leak or splash during the transfer process,and guaranteeing the safety of operators.
Insulation function
Transport packages are usually equipped with insulation layers (such as fire-resistant fibers or special insulation materials) to reduce heat loss of aluminum liquid during transportation, maintain the fluidity of aluminum liquid, prevent premature solidification, and ensure the smooth progress of subsequent casting or pouring processes.
Accurate pouring
