DESCRIPTION
JBL type tower structure die-casting machine side melting and holding furnace is a high-quality aluminum liquid supply furnace,it will not cause large fluctuations in the temperature of aluminum liquid during continuous melting, The continuous use of aluminum liquid is within the fluctuation range of ±5°C. A partition wall is set between the soup taking room and the insulation room to effectively isolate the slag produced by melting, so that the quality of aluminum liquid in the soup taking room is guaranteed, thereby improving the product quality. This furnace is widely used in the supply of aluminum liquid for single machines of the multiple grade of aluminum, auto parts die casting, and large die casting machines.
This furnace is designed as a tower structure, with a material tower above the melting chamber.After the aluminum ingots is fully preheated in the material tower, it melts and flows into the insulation room.
