DESCRIPTION
ALM aluminum alloy centralized melting furnace is a kind of high-quality aluminum liquid supply furnace, continuous melting will not produce large fluctuations in the temperature of aluminum liquid, continuous use of aluminum liquid in the fluctuation range of ±5 degrees. There is a slag separation wall between the soup room and holding room to effectively isolate the scum generated by melting, so that the quality of the aluminum liquid is guaranteed, thereby improving the product quality. This furnace is widely used in the same brand aluminum ingot and multi-machine aluminum liquid supply, auto die-casting, large die-casting machine supporting use.
The furnace type is designed as a tower structure, and there is a feeding tower above the melting chamber. After the aluminum ingot is fully preheated in the feeding tower, the melting flows into the holding chamber. The solid aluminum is divided trims and aluminum ingot, put into the loading hopper, and automatically put into the material tower through the loading rack.
The furnace has high requirements for the site, and the layout of the furnace needs to consider factors such as transfer package, site size, height, and transportation. Customers can choose the direction of slagging and feeding direction according to the site situation, and determine the technical parameters.
