DESCRIPTION
The aluminum liquid transfer package heater is a key auxiliary equipment in the aluminum casting process, providing a stable heat source through gas, resistance, and other methods to ensure that the aluminum liquid is always within the optimal process temperature range. Its performance directly affects production efficiency and casting quality, and suitable heating types and temperature control schemes need to be selected according to specific production needs.
Major Function
Insulation:To prevent the temperature of aluminum liquid from dropping due to heat dissipation during transportation, and to avoid solidification or decreased fluidity.
Heating up:Heat the aluminum liquid when the temperature is too low to restore it to the appropriate pouring temperature (usually between 680~750°C).
Temperature homogenization: By heating, the temperature gradient inside the aluminum liquid is reduced to prevent local cooling or component segregation.
Common heating methods
Aluminum liquid transfer bag heaters are mainly divided into the following types based on heating principles and structures:
(1)Gas heater
Principle: By burning fuels such as natural gas, liquefied gas, or diesel, high- temperature flames are generated to directly or indirectly heat the aluminum ladle lining.
·Features:Fast heating speed, suitable for large capacity aluminum liquid bags. A combustion control system is required. Commonly found in traditional casting workshops.
(2) Resistance heater (electric heating)
Principle: Insert resistance wires or heating rods into the aluminum liquid package shell or lining,and heat it by converting electrical energy into thermal energy.
·Features:Accurate temperature control, environmentally friendly and pollution- free.Suitable for scenarios involving small transport packages.
