The dust gas enters into the dust hopper of each unit from the guide pipe and the large particles directly falls into the dust hopper after the separation under the guidance of the dust hopper guide system. Other dust gas enters the filtration area of the middle box with the gas flow. The fitered clean gas goes through the filter bag, and is discharged through the upper box, lift valve and exhaust pipe. With the progress of filtration, when the dust concentration on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain amount, the lfting valve will be closed by the dust removal control device according to the set procedure. Open the electromagnetic pulse valve to blow. Shake off the dust on the filter bag and it falls into the dust hopper through the discharge valve.
This series of dust removers are provided with bypass flues. When the boiler (or incinerator) is started, open the bypass flue to prevent that when there' s poor combustion of oil during ignition, oil sticks to the filter bag and burns the filter bag in case of open fire. Open the bypass when the boiler has an accident and the exhaust temperature exceeds the allowable temperature of the filter bag.
The series of dust removers are also equipped with leakage detection device. It has a number of probes (each warehouse room has 1), and at the same time in the dust hopper, it has an air cannon.
