ALM type aluminum alloy centralized melting furnace is a kind of rapid melting furnace to supply constant temperature aluminum liquid for the aluminum alloy molding. Compared with the traditinal fumace which is melting and molding at the same time, the molded aluminum aloy products is obviously better in quality and qualfication rate with other characteritics of rapid melting and stable aluminum temperature.
The furnace is designed to be a tower structure which includes melting chamber, holding room and aluminum liquid outlet well. There is a slag separation wall between the holding room and the aluminum liquid outlet well to ensure the aluminum lquid to be purer. The solid aluminum is fed automatically through a chain cart with the burning fire adjusted according to the settings. As to the optimization and improvement for energy- saving, it uses combustion air which is preheated and mixed with fuel to make the burning more complete and more energy- -saving.
The auxiiary equipment include automatic feeding system, automatic feeding rack, exhaust fume collecting hood and operation platform.
